I have been actively involved in the fitness industry for two years, starting right after completing my apprenticeship,
i dedicated myself to this field.
During this time, I have successfully helped multiple individuals achieve their fitness goals and develop effective nutrition plans. We will conduct personalized One-On-One coaching sessions.
My focus is on strength training, nutrition, as well as mental and psychological resilience. I work closely with my clients, guiding and supporting them until they reach their next goal.
